HOW TO ORDER

Ordering information
In
an effort to save costs and pass along great prices, we don’t have
a fancy system for ordering. In fact, now that we offer free shipping on
all items, it's even simpler. Just call or send us an email (info@wholemusiclearning.com).
Fastest!
You
can pay by Paypal, Visa or MasterCard. In
stock
items will be shipped same or next day, whenever possible.
Paypal:
Once you've made an order,
we'll send you a Paypal invoice. Shipping is easy, because you've
already provided all the information we need to get your order out.
Visa/MC:
We take your credit card numbers
only over the phone. Due to security risks, we won't ask and will
not accept credit card numbers on emails. We also do not keep your
card numbers on file.
Less fast Items that need
to be ordered will be shipped
as soon as we receive them. We will let you know how long we expect it to take.
It is still quickest to pay by Paypal or credit card, because we can
order the item as soon as you pay for it.
Slowest
We also accept money orders and checks. We like getting money
orders and checks because we don't have to pay annoying merchant fees.
However we have to wait a few days to receive your payment, then wait
a few more days until funds are cleared before
ordering and shipping your items (see "Warning" below).
So if you're in a hurry to receive
your order, don't pay by money order or check.
If you email your order,
please provide your ordering details, full shipping address (including
zip or postal code), telephone number(s), method of payment (but
don't send your credit card numbers), and any questions you may
have. We'll call or email back with all your information about
availability and shipping.

We don't "make change" on
money orders or checks (certified, cashier's or personal) paid
in excess of the total amount due. Instead we will cancel your order and return your uncashed
